  • What if I order the incorrect size?
    Please email janet@fynegalfashion.com if you have any concerns.
  • What if I need assistance with measuring myself?
    Please contact a local tailor for assistance within measurements.
  • How quickly do we respond?
    We generally respond within 24 hours of receipt of email or phone call.
  • Incorrect Shipping or measurement?
    We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address or measurement. Please be sure that your make sure all shipping, billing and measurement are verified and confirmed.
  • Am I receiving what I see online?
    We guarantee that colors and styles are the same as described online. But, due to variations in computer resolution, the color shown on your computer screen may slightly change.
  • Do you allow returns or exchange?
    Customized orders are final sale. Returns or exchange can only be allowed if incorrect order was shipped (item must be unworn and in new condition, no damage, or odor).
  • How long does it take to ship out orders and how long does delivery take?
    Since our clothing is custom made it will take 30 to 40 days to receive your clothing. We typically ship order delivered to the warehouse 3 to 10 business days to the customers. Once we receive your order, we will send you an email or text to notify you that we you’re your order. Please feel free to contact us if you need it sooner.
  • Are items true to size?
    Yes, items custom made are true to customer size. You can view our size chart for your measurement. Please note due to the fabric type, there may be 1 to 3 inches increased on custom made clothing.
